If you want to gamble in the Philadelphia area and don't want to make the drive to AC - go to Parx or Harrah's Chester, or one of the Delaware racinos. I received $100 free play with a premium card from another casino, which I played but I won't be back. It kind of felt like a couple of small tribal casinos I'd visited in Florida and Arizona.
There was piped in upbeat music, but I got no 'fun' vibe. I was there maybe 2 hours and never saw a cocktail server. I hear the place is packed on nights/weekends, but was not crowed during my visit. There is a poor selection of slot machines and very (very) few table. It feels like they squeezed the casino in an existing space, although it is a ground-up build. It is TINY - I walked the place and kept peeking around the edges to see if the gaming floor continued anywhere. I'm a local, and use Trip Advisor for recommendations when I travel, so I wanted to give folks visitng the Phila area a realistic review of this place.
